Where are you located?  

  • We are based in Pukerua Bay, and we service the Greater Wellington Region.

What is your Hourly Rate? 

  • Our hourly rate and minimum Labour charge for any Residential job during normal working hours is $85.00+GST with an additional On-Site Service vehicle Charge per visit depending on required travel. For most jobs this will be approximately $25.00+GST
  • Our hourly rate and minimum Labour charge for Commercial/Industrial work during normal working hours is $95.00+GST 
  • After hours call outs for urgent work have a minimum charge of $300.00+GST which covers up to the first two hours, any additional hours spent on the job are charged at $150.00+GST

What are your payment terms? 

  • We offer our Cash Sale and Non Account Holding Customers 7 day Invoicing, this means that your payment must be received by us within 7 days of receiving the Invoice.
  • Customers who hold an account with us are due on the 20th of the month following the Invoice Date.

Do you do Insurance work? 

  • We will undertake various kinds of Insurance Restoration work on your behalf, Our conditions are as follows; all Invoices due will be paid by the homeowner directly to us either before or on the due date. 
  • It is then up to the home owner to then recover it from their Insurance Company.
  • We would suggest that you make contact with your Insurance company prior to engaging us to ensure that your claim will be approved so that you will not be left out of pocket. 

Do we do small/ Quick jobs? 

  • We consider every job to be important, and that there is no job too small. However, we do have a minimum charge of one hour per job.

Is there any charge involved in getting a quote? 

  • Quotes are free! There is no charge for getting a Quote from us!
  • We will often attend your premises or site to gather information,  take measurements and record stock quantities. Following this, we will formulate our Quote and then send you an email with your obligation free Quote.

Can I (The Customer) supply parts or fittings that I have sourced? 

  • We prefer to supply our own gear, this way we can ensure that all the products that we select and install into your job are of a reputable standard and therefore have available valid compliance documentation, such as a New Zealand based Declaration of Conformity. This documentation forms part of the over-all compliance of your job.
  • With this in mind, we are happy to install special items that you have chosen such as specific lighting fixtures, chandeliers or similar items as long as the supplier has made available to you a New Zealand based Declaration of Conformity. We need this at the Design stage of your job and therefore prior to installation.

Do you do Solar Installations and Grid Tied Systems? 

  • Not Currently, but we are looking at growing into this field shortly.

Do you install under floor heating? 

  • Yes, We will work with you to setup a new electrical supply to the position that the under floor heating controller is to be installed. This includes making sure that there is a clear path for the outgoing wires to go down the wall and out to the floor positioned heating devices.
  • From here, The installation of the under floor heating is done by a third party who is a specialized under floor Heating Contractor.
  • Once the flooring is completed, we will test the circuitry and complete the connections and certification.

Do you install Electric Vehicle charging stations? 

  • Yes, we can Design, Supply and Install Electric Vehicle charging stations. There are all sorts of options and configurations available depending on specific site supply availability and desired modes of charging.

Do you install Ducted Heat Transfer Systems? 

  • Yes, we can supply and install a range of Ducted Heat Transfer Systems with differing levels of benefits and configurations depending on your requirements.
